Karin Berardo, Managing Partner
Karin has been a climate finance innovator for over 30 years, structuring nearly $2 billion in capital for conservation, nature-based solutions, renewable energy, real estate and sustainable infrastructure on five continents. She has originated investments, structured vehicles and managed risk for The Nature Conservancy, DC Green Bank, Fannie Mae, Stumpf Energy, M+W Group, CleanPath Ventures, Municipal Mortgage & Equity and Accenture.
Karin leads the company’s accounting, finance and operations activities, and brings extensive experience in transaction structuring for a variety of infrastructure and corporate finance strategies.
Karin received her MBA, MPP and BA from the University of Chicago.
